Flow of procedures

This is an explanation of the flow and the series of procedures from reservation and payment to boarding.

1. Reservations

  • Internet

    You can inquire and make reservations for seats available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    Reservations can be made at ANA counters nationwide.

  • Travel agencies

    Reservations can be made at ANA travel agencies nationwide.

Please note
  • The following transit times are required for connecting flights.
    ORC flights, ANA flights, SNA flights: 20 minutes or more
    JAL Group flights*, SFJ flights: 30 minutes or more
    *JAL Group flights are JAL/JTA/JAC/RAC.
  • Please keep your reservation number to show at check-in.
    * Reservation number must be presented at check-in.
  • Payment must be made within 3 days, including the reservation date.
    * Reservations will be automatically canceled after the purchase deadline.
    ※There is a fare with a short purchase deadline.

3. Boarding

    Check-in can be done by simply enter your reservation number and confirmation.

  • Airport Counter

    Please complete the procedures at the ANA counter.

Check-in and check-in procedures are completed as soon as possible.
Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before departure.
