Restrictions on Advance Seat Selection

Due to reasons such as securing seats for passengers who need consideration when boarding and managing the balance of the aircraft,
The number of seats that can be reserved in advance is limited.
If it is not possible to select a seat in advance, we will accept seat selection at the airport on the day of boarding.

• ※ Seats are subject to change without prior notice due to aircraft change or other unavoidable reasons.
• ※ When there is a seat change due to aircraft changes, etc., the seat attributes (window side/aisle side) may differ from those at the time of reservation.
• ※ Passengers traveling with infants are not permitted to select exit row seats for safety reasons. Also, due to the limit on the number of oxygen masks in the seat row, you cannot sit in the same seat row as other passengers with infants. If there are multiple passengers traveling with infants, please select seats in the front and rear rows or in the rows next to each other across the aisle. Please hold the infant in the designated seat.
• ※ Emergency exit row seats are only available to qualified passengers. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the cabin crew and assist in an emergency evacuation. Please note. Passengers who do not meet the conditions will have their seats changed.

Those who can sit in the emergency exit row

1. Persons over 15 years old
2. Those who are not accompanied by children under the age of 8
3. Passengers who do not require the assistance of a companion or staff when boarding
4. Those who do not need to assist accompanying persons during an emergency evacuation
5. Those who can assist in emergency evacuation such as opening and closing the aircraft door.
6. Those who understand the guidance of the evacuation procedure and the instructions of the crew and can verbally convey them to other passengers
7. Those who can speak Japanese or English

• Passengers who do not meet the above criteria will be asked to change seats.
• In the event of an emergency, please assist in an emergency evacuation under the direction of the cabin crew.
• Baggage cannot be placed on your feet or on your lap.

For customers who cannot reserve seats in advance

If you are unable to select a seat in advance, please complete your seat selection at the airport on the day of boarding at the automatic check-in machine or at the counter.

Even if you have already reserved a flight ticket, you may not be able to select a seat due to the limited number of seats that can be selected in advance. Your reservation is confirmed, so please complete your seat selection at the airport on the day of boarding.
